For our Client, in field of production and distribution of electric energy, in Prishtina, Kosovo we are looking for:

OFFICE MANAGER– PRISHTINA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Under the direct supervision of the Directors the incumbent will be expected to:
  • Ensure the optimal functioning of the Office and the effective flow of office administration;
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, monitor the status of correspondence requiring action, follow-up or reply, and draft correspondence on routine matters for clearance;
  • Handle and screen telephone calls, responding to routine requests for information
  • Attend internal meetings on behalf of the Company, take notes and provide feedback for follow-up action if necessary;
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the Company;
  • Perform administrative duties, draft itineraries, draft memos, file documents, maintain filing systems;
  • Perform duties in accounting, bank and revenue reporting, and financial statements (including reporting to the respective institutions);
  • Personnel administration and accounting;
  • Translation in spoken and written;
  • Maintain the hard copy and electronic filing system ensuring that all reports and records of meetings are filed appropriately and are current; 
  • Collate input from the HPP Cascade in Kosovo and the Main Offices in Austria regarding administrative requirements;
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HPP Cascade in Kosovo and the Main Offices in Austria as required;
  • Prepared to travel to Austria for further training;

 

Additional responsibilities:

  • Perform other work related duties as directed.

Kërkesat e profilit

  • Completion of Secondary School; University Degree in the related field preferable;
  • Minimum five years of work experience;
  • Fluency in English and Albanian  (written and spoken), desired German;
  • Previous professional experience with the local and international institutions;
  • Knowledge of SAP Accounting System;
  • Knowledge of relevant TAX Regulations;
  • Very good/excellent expertise in windows, MS office;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills;
  • negotiation skills;
  • Creative and results-oriented problem-solver;
  • Proven ability to work as a team player as well as independently;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment;
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Kosovo;
  • Diligent and discreet, willing to work long hours if needed and under pressure;
  • Driving license B;
