For our Client, a testing and inspection service company, we are looking for in Tirana:

HR MANAGER

Employment Criteria:

  • University/Master Education as Legal Officer, or Economist or Accountant;
  • Two years of working experience in Human Resources Department and company administration;
  • Commercially minded, fully capable of understanding Albanian Laws;
  • Genuine interest in coaching and developing our team members
  • Positive attitude and aptitude to learn and grow;
  • Problem solver with the ability to close out the issues as they arise;
  • Demonstratable track record of taking ownership of their role/function and meeting key deliverables;
  • Ability to be hand’s on with human resources and administration operations and create change to improve overall processes and provide stability to the team.

Job Related Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with company Heads of Departments to identify company need for employees;
  • Prepare Human Resources procedures and instructions;
  • Apply company procedures for compliance of job application, and conducts interviews with potential candidates;
  • Is responsible for employee recognition of Code of Conduct and control its implementation throughout the company;
  • Prepare final report for new employees’ recommendation and represent it to Chief Executive Officer;
  • In collaboration with company Heads of Departments prepare annually training program;
  • Prepare employee working agreement according to company procedures;
  • Organizing and evaluating employees work and preparation of periodic management information;
  • Decide if new employment is necessary and propose it for approval to Chief Executive Officer. After CEO approval follow up company approved procedures;
  • Control employees training needs and their effectiveness;
  • Collaborate with company Heads of Departments for employee Competence and Performance evaluation according company procedures;
  • Declare employees on tax office and Labor Office;
  • Maintain employee data register, work accident register, etc, in accordance with Albanian law Requirements;
  • Report immediately to Chief Executive Officer for any situation or incident that does not comply with established Standards and Practices;
  • Implement and maintain policies, management system documentation and contribute to their continuous improvement;
  • Reduces the cost of processes, verifies the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented solutions;
  • Ensures that the products and services provided by the Company comply with company purpose and meet the external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations;
  • Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against set standards and take the necessary actions to communicate / advise and assist in compliance with performance levels;
  • Cooperates with clients and suppliers where needed (where quality issues are affected and damaged) and ensure the acknowledgement of customer requirement through company;
  • To ensure that non-compliance issues are adequately investigated and all issues are reported to appropriate parties in a timely manner;
  • Responsible for handle of client/customer confidential information and data according to requirements of ISO/IEC 27001 and Working Agreement;
  • To perform work in compliance with requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OH&S 18001, ISO/IEC 27001 and all other applied standards;
  • Be guided by the principle of professional ethics.
