What are you going to do?

?- Provide initial training to the employees, and ensure that they are regularly updated on product, service, and/or application news
?- Monitor efficiency, check the achieved results, and provide professional support
?- Measure and report effectiveness of training by administering tests and evaluations
?- Coordinate work and operational management of assigned activities or areas in order to ensure distribute and realize set qualitative and quantitative goals, as well as maximum efficiency and proper performance of activities
?- Suggest changes that should be applied to operational processes with the aim of developing and improving services
?- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
