System Sales Analyst

The System Sales Analyst's primary responsibility will be to support with all relevant reporting the commercial team.
Ensure the accurate and optimum daily, weekly, monthly sales reporting
Preparing and controlling monthly bonuses
Prepare Sales Force analysis needs
Review bonus scheme based on needs
Assist on different problems with the current system
Prepare the monthly/yearly budget as per distributor/brand pack/promotor
Follow changes on the system and bring innovative ideas to improve it
University degree in Business Informatics or Administration.
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in databases and data processes and analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain analysis and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
Managerial experience of leading a small team.
Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
Very good knowledge of English, Italian is a plus
Experience with business process improvement and working with others to implement change will be considered a plus.
