The System Sales Analyst's primary responsibility will be to support with all relevant reporting the commercial team. 

• Ensure the accurate and optimum daily, weekly, monthly sales reporting
• Preparing and controlling monthly bonuses
• Prepare Sales Force analysis needs
• Review bonus scheme based on needs
• Assist on different problems with the current system
• Prepare the monthly/yearly budget as per distributor/brand pack/promotor
• Follow changes on the system and bring innovative ideas to improve it

• University degree in Business Informatics or Administration.
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in databases and data processes and analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain analysis and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
• Managerial experience of leading a small team.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Very good knowledge of English, Italian is a plus
• Experience with business process improvement and working with others to implement change will be considered a plus.
