Position Overview
Supervision, direction and control of the whole process of company’s liquidity management, payment relations, lending relationships with banks, the relationship of clearing, controlling of interest and commissions, conduct exchange operations as well as the registration, accounting and framing of all relations and transactions with banks.
Essential Job Functions
- Budgeting and forecasting performance of all payments in respect of the liquidity flows and forecast cash flow of the company on monthly basis.
- Follow the calendar of payments for foreign and domestic suppliers in order to exactly forecast liquidity needs during the month.
- Registration and framing of transactions with banks and bank accounts on weekly basis. Makes weekly reports to the Manager of Accounting / Finance Director on registration and accounting status for banks.
- Optimization of the structure of bank accounts in order to reduce the commissions and increase the operational efficiency of the company
- Performs the control and registration of credit limits for each bank and each form of financing.
- Performs continuous control for commissions and interest applied by banks on transactions and credit lines.
- Prepares and registers in payment systems and NAV payments and the relevant documentation related thereto.
- Follows relations with banks as regards the opening of LC / BG and other credit lines and preparing the necessary documentation for this purpose.
- Maintains and keeps in separate folder all contracts and financing agreements of any type and nature that the company has with banks and is responsible for archiving and preserving them.
- Assists in the implementation of controls and procedures concerning the administration of CASH in stores.
- Supervises cash balances for each store and controls the actions of transferring cash in the bank accounts of the Company.
